Obama is now decidng whether or not the CIA should be punished for torturing Guantanamo Bay prisoners. One prisoner claims he has been waterboarded 182 times. Other torture methods the CIA used also included slapping and depriving prisoners of sleep etc. The CIA defends themselves by saying that they were under order byPresident Bush.
What do you think is the appropriate way of handling this matter? Who is to blame eitherBush or the CIA for following them. It puts Obama in a tight spot because he want to put the CIA leaders in jail and neither does he want to let them get away with it. If you were Obama what decision would you make?

I believe that the CIA officials should not be punished because they were ordered by the President to use these kinds of methods. The President holds the most power in our country and I believe that if he gave anybody an order they would most likely follow it.
